Tree Dedication Random Ring

The Ringers of Peace took a trip this spring to visit a former ringer and good friend Lynn at her cabin near Cross Lake. Lynn's mother, who passed away recently, was a big supporter of our group and purchased the B3 bell when we were raising money for our 4th octave of bells. To celebrate her life, we purchased and planted a tree in her memory. We dedicated the tree with a "Random Ring" beginning with the B3 bell that she purchased. The bells that we used were part of the B Major chord. We added bells until everyone was ringing and then slowly took bells out of the chord ending with the B3 ringing alone. It was a really neat sound in Lynn's new home. For more pictures please look at the flicker set I created at http://www.flickr.com/photos/deanshereen/sets/72157600391258763/
